CHANGE OF MIND

We will accept change of mind returns within 14 Days provided the item is in original condition including packaging. The return of item is at buyer expense and you will receive store credit.

DAMAGED ITEM

All items are packed with the most love and care we can provide, if your items arrive DAMAGED please take a photo of your item and send it to info@katesbowtique.com and we will do our best to help.
